The rental includes:
Electricity 110 V, gas and water
Daily cleaning service.
Change of Bed and bath linen twice a week.

If needed we can organise baby sitters, cooks and other services for an extra cost.

For the High Season, Easter, and Christmas, the minimum stay is 1 week.
Minimum stay is negotiable for last minute bookings (less than 45 days in advance) for the high season

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Security Deposit: $800, due on arrival.
For each member of your group after the first 10 guests, a surcharge of $20 per person per night applies.
Air Conditioning is separately metered. Paid by the guest based on usage.
