It takes about 2 hours from Santo Domingo airport to Las Terrenas.
On the way there are several tolls you need to provide for this purpose about 2000 pesos in cash.

- 1/At the exit of Las Américas airport take the direction of Santo Domingo
- 2/ After the toll TAKE THE FIRST EXIT ON THE RIGHT (200 m)
- 3/ Drive about 3 KM, just after the Caribe Tours bus station Turn right, you are on the Autopista N ° 7 Autostrada Juan Pablo II
- 4/ you are on the Highway to Samana
- 5/ After an hour driving and 3 Tolls you will arrive At the Highway of Nagua Samana, you will need to turn on your right direction Samana
- 6/ 25 km later you will arrive on a roundabout ( close to the airport of el catey ) take the direction of las terrenas ( 2nd exit )
- 7/ After the last toll you will be at 35 minutes of Las terrenas
